Welcome to JustVR (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"). We fully recognize the importance of your personal information and are committed to protecting the security of your privacy. This Privacy Policy aims to clearly inform you of how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use the JustVR Application. Please carefully read and understand the contents of this Policy before using this Application.

为提供基本服务及优化用户体验，本应用仅收集以下信息：
To provide basic services and optimize user experience, this Application only collects the following information:

我们仅收集播放行为数据，包括但不限于视频/内容的播放次数、播放时长、播放完成率等与播放相关的匿名统计信息。
We only collect playback behavior data, including but not limited to anonymous statistical information related to playback such as the number of plays, playback duration, and playback completion rate of videos/content.

我们不会收集您的其他个人身份信息（如姓名、身份证号、手机号、设备IMEI、精确地理位置、通讯录、相册等），也不会追踪您的身份或用于识别您个人身份的信息。
We do not collect your other personally identifiable information (such as name, ID card number, mobile phone number, device IMEI, precise geographic location, address book, photo album, etc.), nor do we track your identity or information that can be used to identify you personally.

二、信息的使用目的 | II. Purposes of Information Use

我们收集上述播放行为数据的唯一目的是：
The only purposes for which we collect the above playback behavior data are:

• 统计内容的播放量；
  To count the playback times of content;
• 分析用户对内容的偏好，以优化内容推荐（如适用）；
  To analyze user preferences for content to optimize content recommendations (if applicable);
• 改进应用功能与服务质量。
  To improve Application functions and service quality.

所有数据均以匿名化、聚合化方式处理，无法关联到具体个人。
All data is processed in an anonymized and aggregated manner and cannot be associated with specific individuals.

三、数据存储与安全 | III. Data Storage and Security

• 所有收集的数据均存储于中国大陆境内的服务器上；
  All collected data is stored on servers located in the mainland of China;
• 我们采用符合行业标准的安全措施保护您的数据，防止未经授权的访问、披露、篡改或销毁；
  We adopt industry-standard security measures to protect your data and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction;
• 数据保留期限仅为实现本协议所述目的所必需的时间，超出必要期限后将被安全删除或匿名化处理。
  Data retention period is only the time necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, and will be securely deleted or anonymized after the necessary period.

四、数据共享与披露 | IV. Data Sharing and Disclosure

我们不会将您的播放行为数据出售、出租或以其他方式提供给任何第三方，除非：
We will not sell, rent or otherwise provide your playback behavior data to any third party unless:

由于本应用不收集可识别您个人身份的信息，因此我们无法提供传统意义上的“个人信息查询、更正或删除”服务。但您可通过以下方式管理数据收集：
Since this Application does not collect personally identifiable information about you, we are unable to provide traditional "personal information inquiry, correction or deletion" services. However, you can manage data collection in the following ways:

• 停止使用本应用；
  Cease using this Application;
• 卸载本应用，此后将不再收集任何数据。
  Uninstall this Application, after which no further data will be collected.

六、儿童隐私保护 | VI. Children's Privacy

本应用不面向13周岁以下的儿童提供服务。我们不会故意收集13周岁以下儿童的个人信息。如果您是家长或监护人，发现您的孩子在未经您同意的情况下使用了本应用，请立即联系我们，我们将采取适当措施删除相关信息。
This Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has used this Application without your consent, please contact us immediately, and we will take appropriate measures to delete the relevant information.

根据《儿童在线隐私保护法》（COPPA）及 Apple App Store 的要求，我们确认本应用不属于面向儿童的应用类别。
In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple App Store requirements, we confirm that this Application does not fall under the category of applications directed at children.
